Privacy
Spanovix processes the account details and workspace data your organisation provides so that you can sign in and use the platform. Sensitive values are masked by default and every change is recorded in the audit trail. Your organisation decides where data is processed and how long it is kept, under your agreement.
What we process
Account details such as name, work email and role, and the workspace data your organisation connects to Spanovix.
Why we process it
To let you sign in, run the platform for your organisation and keep a record of actions as your agreement requires.
Where it is processed
In the region your organisation chooses. Retention follows your agreement.
Demo requests and guide access
When you request a demo or unlock a guide, we process your name, work email, job title, company and, for demos, your area of interest and message. We use them to send what you asked for and to follow up about it, and for nothing else. We check that the address is a company address, send it a one-time code, and match the company domain against a public list of large companies built from Wikidata so the right team replies. We record the consent wording you agreed to and when. Verified readers receive a necessary reader token, kept in the browser for 90 days, so one confirmation unlocks every guide. Lead records are kept for up to 24 months and are deleted sooner on request.
Your rights
For demo requests and guide access, email jbagga@abusinesstech.com to see, correct or delete your details. For workspace accounts, ask your workspace administrator, who can correct, export or delete your details in line with your organisation's policies.
